Though most bookings and guest support takes place in German or English, our communications team can provide assistance in most major languages.

After each guest’s stay, our cleaning teams perform a house-check, clean your accommodation and replace the towels and bed linens.

Should you choose to use the property yourself, you can easily benefit from our cleaning service without any organizational hassle.

Although maintenance is not included as a part of our service, we are always happy to identify, organize and oversee minor maintenance of your property.

The cost of repairs will either be deducted from property income or billed to you directly.

We screen potential guests (from Airbnb) and get reports from the cleaners at the checkout date.

Though guests are usually insured, we strongly recommend you consider our partner Allianz’ Host Insurance in order to have an extra layer of protection.
