How It Works FAQ

Becoming a host with us is simple. First, book a call with our team to discuss your property
and clear up any questions, soon after you will receive a contract along with a checklist
guiding you through preparing your property for home-sharing.

Most of our onboarding process can be performed remotely – the only thing
we need to receive physically are two sets of keys to your property.

In order to perform our service, we also need you to install two simple lockboxes for keys –
we will provide model recommendations which fit your property the best and guide
you through the process. In case you’re abroad or otherwise unavailable to install the lockboxes,
please let us know so that we can find a solution.

Once you’ve installed the lockboxes, provided two sets of keys and filled out the onboarding form,
it usually takes 1-2 weeks until your property is listed and ready to receive guests.

Our standard method involves onboarding properties and re-listing them under our management;
however, if you already have an existing account with excellent ratings (5+), we can have a look at integrating them directly.
